A warm and friendly Cumbrian welcome and quality accommodation assured in our spacious Victorian family home. Situated in the old market town of Kirkby Stephen, Lockholme is an ideal base for walking, cycling, touring the Eden Valley, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, travelling on the famous Carlisle-Settle railway or breaking a long journey. We have private secure parking for cars and cycles and are open all the year. Upon arrival, guests will be treated with tea, coffee and a slice of cake. All rooms are decorated to a high standard with full central heating, panoramic views, superior beds, TV and beverage trays, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are four rooms, a double which is en suite, a twin, also en suite, a single and a double/twin room, both situated closely to the spacious, private bathroom, complete with a bath and shower. A wide choice of delicious home cooked breakfasts made from local produce with a large selcection of cereal and juice also available. The guesthouse is inspected annually and guarantees to make your stay a memorable experience. Computer facility available upon request. Dogs are welcome but no smoking.
